Once your website is ready we'll get you setup with a business phone number and submit for A2P / 10DLC registration. We fast track this and it usually takes between 7-10 days to get approved after submission.
Yep. A2P (Application-to-Person) text messaging requires a legitimate business presence, which means you need a website with your Privacy Policy and Terms of Service posted. Don't have one yet? No problem, we'll walk you through what you need so you can build it out on your platform of choice. We offer a drag and drop website builder with hosting, along with some extra features in our Essentials + plan for $147/month.

We give you $20/month in usage credits which is about 2,400 SMS segments, 1,700 minutes of inbound calls, 5,000 minutes of outbound calls, or 29,500 emails. After you surpass your $20 credit we pass the actual costs with no mark up to you. We setup a wallet for this so you don't get a million fraction of a penny charges on your bank / credit card statement if you go over the limit. You top off as you need. You'll see exactly what you used each month, no hidden fees, no surprise bills. Usage credit does not roll over month to month.
